Source and ownership

Every substantive assertion should have a known source, content owner, and review state.

  • Identify the source and responsible owner.
  • Separate source-supported fact from working inference.
  • Confirm the material is authorized for the public audience.

Claims and representations

Do not infer registrations, contract vehicles, compliance, certification, accreditation, customer relationships, performance, or operational availability from incomplete material.

Technical and operational detail

Remove credentials, internal addresses, restricted topology, private provider terms, operational targets, and implementation detail that does not belong in a public artifact.
